Two significant investment and advisory contracts – photovoltaics and finance

In the first half of February this year. MBF Group SA has concluded two significant agreements in the field of business consulting, development assistance and analysis of the possibility of obtaining EU funds. The first of the agreements was concluded on dn. February 4, 2020. With an entity in the financial industry. The agreement relates to the Company’s implementation of strategic business consulting services and analysis of opportunities to obtain EU funds for research and development and investment.

The value of remuneration for the implementation of the above agreement was estimated at PLN 435,000, with the final amount subject to change depending on the development of future market conditions. The contract will be implemented continuously until June 30, 2021. Payment of remuneration will be made on a quarterly basis.

The second agreement was concluded on dn. February 13 this year. and was initialed between MBF Group SA and an entity in the photovoltaic industry in Lower Silesia. The agreement relates to the Company’s performance of key business consulting, public relations, investor relations and analysis of opportunities to raise funds from equity investors and EU funds for research and development, investment and expansion in Lower Silesia. In addition, the Issuer’s task will be to provide the contractor with a search for a lead investor and to help analyze the current business plan and other investment and information materials.

The value of remuneration for the implementation of the above agreement was estimated at PLN 680,000. The agreement will be implemented continuously until December 31, 2021. As in the case of the first contract – payment of remuneration will be made on a quarterly basis. Other terms of the agreement do not deviate from the commonly used standards.

The Company’s management intends to establish close cooperation with both of the above-mentioned companies. enterprises. This does not exclude cooperation in joint business ventures, including co-investments by subsidiaries or affiliates of MBF Group SA, with particular emphasis on projects related to ecology and environmental protection.
