Rapeseed oil is a valuable source of unsaturated fatty acids and antioxidants. It improves brain function, reduces the risk of cancer, and increases energy resources. It also lowers the risk of diabetes, promotes weight loss and improves the appearance of the skin. The health properties of canola oil are its big advantage. The unsaturated fatty acids contained in canola oil are essential for the proper construction of cell membranes.

It reduces cholesterol, strengthens the immune system and improves the nervous system. Substances in canola oil improve blood circulation and counteract heart disease. One effective way to combat venous insufficiency is to introduce omega-3 unsaturated fatty acids (EPA, ALA, DHA) into the diet. They exhibit anti-inflammatory and anticoagulant effects(source).

Sunflower oil includes such acids as palmitic, stearic, oleic and linoleic acids. In addition, lecithin, carotenoids, waxes and tocopherols can be found in it. Phytosterols are substances of plant origin that affect fat metabolism in the body. They lower cholesterol levels in the peripheral blood and, regularly supplied in the diet, reduce the risk of developing atherosclerotic lesions in the blood vessels. Sunflower fat benefits the body’s immunity, prevents free radical damage, supports the fight against psoriasis, prevents cancer and improves semen quality(source).
