Janusz Czarnecki – President of the Management Board

He holds a post-graduate degree and a master’s degree in electronics engineering with a specialization in radiolocation systems. Retired colonel of the Polish Army. He graduated with honors from postgraduate studies in electronics at the Faculty of Electronics of the Military Academy of Technology in Warsaw and Organization and Management of the Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań.

At the beginning of his career, he was a chief specialist at the Ministry of Metallurgy and Machinery Industry. He was involved in the supervision and coordination of research and development, production, cooperation and foreign cooperation in the field of professional electronics. He was a member and then chairman of the Polish Delegation to the Permanent Working Group of the International Commission on Defense Industry.

Subsequently, he held management and advisory roles in the electronics industry and the import of raw materials and technology for the pharmaceutical and chemical industries. Among other things, he was. concert advisor ZTE Corporation Ltd. (China) in introducing the company to the Polish market and organizing the representative office. He also held the position of managing director at the Center for Economic Studies and Analysis.

He is currently chairman of the board of directors of European Documentation Center S.A. In addition to his duties at MBF Group S.A., he has served on the boards and supervisory boards of companies related to the defense industry, information security, and real estate development. He served on the collegiate bodies of the Central Research and Development Programs and Government Procurement of Science. He is the co-author of innovative organizational solutions in the defense industry. During the 2012-2015 term, he was a member of the statutory authorities of the National Chamber of Commerce for Electronics and Telecommunications.

He also provides advice on all aspects related to the use of community funds (funds from the European Union). He advised on obtaining and accounting for subsidies for Polish companies, including in the construction of photovoltaic farms. Conducted a number of due diligence studies on the propriety of using EU funds.

Mr. Janusz Czarnecki is included in the list of receivers and court supervisors at the District Court in Warsaw, as well as in the register of entities performing professional activities in the process of lawmaking. He has vetting authority from the National Cooperative Council.

Mr. Janusz Czarnecki is not engaged in any activity competitive to MBF Group S.A. and is not listed in the Register of Insolvent Debtors maintained pursuant to the KRS Act. He does not participate in a competing company as a partner in a civil partnership, partnership or as a member of a body of a capital company and does not participate in another competing legal entity as a member of its body.
