Schedule for submission of periodic reports in 2024:
The Management Board of MBF Group S.A. announces the schedule for the publication of periodic reports in 2024.
Transmission of reports will take place on the following dates:
– interim report for the first quarter of 2023. – on. April 30, 2024.
– interim report for the second quarter of 2023. – on. July 30, 2024.
– interim report for the third quarter of 2023. – on. October 30, 2024.
The Board of Directors of the Issuer announces that the standalone and consolidated Annual Report for fiscal year 2023 will be released to the public on March 20, 2024.
At the same time, the Issuer’s Management Board informs that with reference to the Company’s commitment to publish the annual report for 2023 no later than 80 days after the end of the fiscal year to which it refers, i.e. on March 20, 2024, the Issuer will not provide a periodic report for the fourth quarter of 2023 (in accordance with §6 section 10a of Appendix No. 3 to the ATS Regulations).
The Company will inform about any changes in the dates of periodic reports in current reports.
