On February 17, 2012, MBF Group S.A. made public, via current report EBI No. 8/2012, information on the scope of the principles applied by the Company in Appendix No. 1 to Resolution No. 795/2008 of the Management Board of the Warsaw Stock Exchange of October 31, 2008, “Good Practices of Companies Listed on NewConnect”, as amended by Resolution No. 293/2010 of the Management Board of the Warsaw Stock Exchange of March 31, 2010 on the amendment of the document “Good Practices of Companies Listed on NewConnect”.
