MBF Group SA is a public company listed since February 2, 2012 on the NewConnect exchange under the supervision of the Warsaw Stock Exchange SA and the Financial Supervision Commission. As an issuer of financial instruments, the Company operates in accordance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) No. 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 16, 2014. Market Abuse Regulation (MAR).

The application of MAR regulations means that MBF Group S.A. fulfills its obligations to identify, protect and disclose insider information in a timely manner, maintains the required lists of insiders and ensures equal access to information for all market participants. The Company is subject to an annual audit of its financial statements by an independent auditor.
