On May 30, 2023, we signed a contract to supply ICUMSA 45 food grade beet sugar. The contract was concluded with a Polish entity involved in the trade and marketing of food products. Under the terms of the Contract, the delivery volume is 150 tons, and its value at the time of signing is estimated at approx. PLN 594,000 (five hundred and ninety-four thousand zlotys). The Issuer will proceed with the Contract immediately, i.e. The first delivery will take place later this May. The Company will announce the closing of the Contract and final settlement in a separate Current Report.
ICUMSA 45 sugar is an effervescent white, highly refined sugar, suitable for human consumption and for wide use in food and processing. The International Commission for the Study of the World. The International Commission for Uniform Methods of Sugar Analysis sets standards for measuring the purity of refined sugar, known as ICUMSA numbers. The level of purity associated with sugar colors, expressed by the standard ICUMSA number, the lower the ICUMSA number, the higher the purity of sugar[98].
