First tender success, that is, MBF Group’s development in the field of trading and brokerage

A few days ago, we reported that information had been obtained about the opening of bids in the proceedings conducted as an open tender for the realization of packages for the supply of personal protective equipment to the Pomeranian Self-Government Unit. According to the submitted report, MBF Group SA’s bid was the most favorable for two packages: for the supply of 100,000 units. medical masks in accordance with PN EN 14683 and for the supply of 10,000 units. FFP3 filtering half-masks compliant with the PN-EN 149+A1:2010 standard.

Significantly, and as we pointed out – the bidding process is ongoing and has not been completed. As a result, we do not yet have information on when the final award of the tender and the signing of any contracts will take place. We will inform about everything in a separate announcement and the signing of the relevant agreements.

Expanding a bit on the above information, and in connection with questions sent to our e-mail address, we would first like to inform you that we are currently participating in dozens of tender proceedings for local government units, health care, and private and public entities. Since the beginning of August, we have collectively submitted bids in more than 20 tenders, and we are reviewing more publications and inquiries every day. In line with the updated development strategy, we are focusing our offerings on personal protection articles – medical masks, FFP2 and FFP3 respirators and medical gloves. We hope that each successive bidding success will result in a growing portfolio of regular customers.

In the event of further positive news, in order to properly communicate with the market, and in order not to multiply further ESPI stock exchange announcements, we will adopt an appropriate information policy, where we will report the summary of accepted offers collectively at fixed intervals. While the first bid win was a significant event for us, we realize that further reports could unnecessarily confuse communications with investors.

Notwithstanding the above, we are engaged in intermediary work (in the role of a broker) in the supply of large contracts for medical supplies and personal protective equipment. What does large mean? Those whose size we would not be able to handle with a volume equivalent to a minimum of 1 million euros. Each key contract from the point of view of the company’s performance will be reported with an appropriate announcement.

In addition, we are constantly working on our own brand of medical gloves MBF Medical NitrAG SoftTouch. We hope to report live soon on the first shipment and delivery 😊 For future orders, we will certainly introduce other private label products. Our Turkish contractor is interested in expanding cooperation.

All of the above activities are part of the company’s updated development strategy in terms of pt. 2: consulting, logistics, brokerage, and direct wholesale in particular, but not exclusively, for medical, medicinal, food and chemical products.
