Radoslaw Majdan invests in MBF Group and IRYDA+ X1 project

Radoslaw Majdan has been mainly associated with sports, television and the media world for years. This time, the former Polish representative has decided to enter capital in a project related to high-tech, drones and the development of the Polish listed company MBF Group S.A. According to the published ESPI report, the investment could range from about 910 thousand. PLN to as much as PLN 1.3 million. Importantly – we are talking about a cash investment and covered by a one-year lock-up.

The cooperation itself, however, is much broader than just buying shares. MBF Group is currently developing the IRYDA+ X1 project related to UAV/C-UAS technologies, as well as commercial activities conducted in international markets. As part of the signed Agreement, Radoslaw Majdan is also expected to support the Company in networking, relationship and business activities. In practice, this means active involvement in the development of the project and building the right business environment around it.

People, relationships and business

It is no secret that Radoslaw Majdan has for many years functioned very close to the world of big business, the media and people with extensive contacts in various circles. He is regularly surrounded by entrepreneurs, investors, owners of large companies or people in the media and sports. And while the Company itself is officially talking primarily about long-term business cooperation, it’s hard not to see how this type of relationship could have real significance in the development of a project like IRYDA+ X1. Particularly in the UAV/C-UAS sector, which today is growing extremely rapidly around the world.

Interestingly, this is not the first joint business story between people associated with MBF Group and Radoslaw Majdan. They have already collaborated in the past on successful stock market projects, so the current cooperation looks more like a return to a proven relationship than a random marketing stunt. Especially since this time it’s a much more serious market related to high-tech, security and drone systems. There are also increasing indications that a growing business and investor community is beginning to build around the IRYDA+ X1 project.

– I have known the people associated with MBF Group for many years and we have previously completed business projects together. Today I see that the Company is in a very different place than it was a few years ago, and the IRYDA+ X1 project has the potential to very positively surprise the market. That’s why I decided to also enter this project with my own money and support its development in the long term – Radoslaw Majdan comments.

IRYDA+ X1 and future technologies

MBF Group makes no secret of the fact that it wants to develop Polish competencies related to UAV/C-UAS technologies and build an increasingly broader business and technological environment around the IRYDA+ X1 project. In recent weeks, the Company has also signaled discussions and meetings at various business and institutional levels. The list of people interested in the project’s presentations in Turkey and later in Poland is steadily growing, and more conversations about potential cooperation and technology development are emerging around the project. Today’s investment may therefore be just one part of a larger process of building a project of a much broader nature than just the technology itself.

MBF Group’s international trading activities, which have been an important pillar of the Company’s business for years, also remain in the background. MBF Group’s management emphasizes that the goal is to further develop both technology projects and business relationships that can support the company’s future value growth. More and more people are beginning to recognize that the drone sector and dual-use solutions could become one of the most important developments in the modern economy. And looking at the interest that has already been aroused by the mere announcement of the signing of the Agreement, the coming months could prove to be very interesting indeed for MBF Group.
