MBF Advisory Aliance

MBF Advisory Alliance (MAA) – Advisory and Expert Platform

The MBF Advisory Alliance (MAA) is a strategic advisory and expert platform established by a resolution of the MBF Group S.A. Board of Directors on October 21, 2025. Its establishment represents a new chapter in the company’s activities – integrating military, technical, scientific, industrial and business competencies into a single professional ecosystem of cooperation.

The MAA platform is an independent project of MBF Group S.A., not formally linked to the consortium agreement. Its task is to build an environment of experts and advisors that supports all of the company’s technology projects, including IRYDA Plus, MALLARD and ARES, as well as future industrial and research initiatives.

The mission and goals of the MAA Platform

MAA’s goal is to create a sustainable network of specialists and partners to support MBF Group in:

  • technical and engineering analysis,

  • Assessing defense and technological solutions,

  • Creating operational concepts and implementation scenarios,

  • strategic and business consulting,

  • Acquiring industrial and institutional partners,

  • Representation at home and abroad,

  • Support in obtaining external and grant funding,

  • Building an expert base for R&D projects.

The platform was designed as a tool to integrate the entire technical and military community involved in developing Polish technologies.

The origins of the MAA

The decision to establish the MAA resulted from the dynamic development of MBF Group’s defense projects, in particular the IRYDA Plus C-UAS system, the MALLARD heavy logistics platform and the ARES simulator. The Board felt that it was necessary to build a permanent expert body that:

  • Supports the company with operational expertise,

  • provides substantive consultation,

  • Helps assess technology risks,

  • Integrates the military, scientific and industrial communities,

  • Strengthens MBF Group’s international position as a technology player.

The October 21, 2025 resolution formally launched the platform and defined its structure, rules of participation and model of cooperation.

3 Structure and operation of MAA

The platform operates on the basis of three pillars:

Pillar 1 – Experts and Specialists

MAA brings together former soldiers, engineers, analysts, designers, aerospace and defense experts, university lecturers, drone, logistics and tactical systems specialists.

Pillar 2 – Technology companies and partners

Participants in the MAA can be companies that:

  • provide components,

  • develop system modules,

  • provide analytical services,

  • provide consulting or know-how.

Pillar 3 – Interdisciplinary project teams

MAA coordinates the work of special working teams established for specific projects:

  • unmanned systems,

  • anti-drone solutions,

  • transportation platforms,

  • simulation and training,

  • dual-use projects,

  • strategic analyses.

Model of cooperation – principle of common interest

MAA operates under clear, professional rules:

  • Each project has its own purpose, scope, deadline and evaluation criteria,

  • Experts work within the framework of specific tasks,

  • The contribution must be measurable,

  • Effectiveness determines further cooperation,

  • Participation in projects is pro-success – rewarded for real results.

This eliminates casual engagements and builds a culture where quality, contribution and accountability matter.

Incentive system – MAA warrant program

An integral part of the platform is the warrant program prepared by MBF Group, which:

  • rewards the actual contributions of experts and companies,

  • enables MBF Group S.A. to acquire shares at a preferential price,

  • Binds participants long-term to projects,

  • forms a community of financial and strategic interests.

This is the model used by high-tech companies, where project success = benefit to participants.
