MBF Advisory Alliance (MAA) is MBF Group S.A.’s proprietary advisory and expert platform, which integrates military, technical, scientific, industrial, and business expertise to support the Company’s technology projects and strategic initiatives.
MBF Advisory Alliance was established by a resolution of the Management Board of MBF Group S.A. dated October 21, 2025. The platform serves as the Company’s independent expert resource, enabling it to draw on the expertise of specialists when analyzing technologies, evaluating projects, developing growth strategies, and making decisions regarding the MBF Group’s continued involvement.
MAA is an independent platform of MBF Group S.A.
MBF Advisory Alliance is an independent initiative of MBF Group S.A. and is not part of any technology consortium nor is it a structure owned by an external partner of the Company.
Changes in the composition of previous consortia, the termination of cooperation with their participants, or changes in the implementation model for individual projects do not affect the existence, structure, or potential for further development of MBF Advisory Alliance.
MAA remains under the organizational supervision of MBF Group S.A. and may be used both for projects developed directly by the Company and for the independent analysis of initiatives, technologies, and proposals submitted to MBF Group by external entities.
The Mission of MBF Advisory Alliance
The goal of MAA is to build a sustainable network of specialists and partners who can support the MBF Group with their knowledge and experience in areas requiring specialized technological, operational, industrial, or business assessments.

The origins of the MAA
The decision to establish MBF Advisory Alliance stemmed from MBF Group S.A.’s growing involvement in technology, industrial, and dual-use projects. The Company’s Management Board determined that growth in these areas requires its own, sustainable pool of experts that is not dependent on the structure of a single project or on a specific technology partner.
The experience gained during the analysis and implementation of various projects has confirmed the importance of independently verifying information, documentation, and the actual contributions of individual project participants. The MAA is intended to enable the MBF Group to draw on the expertise of specialists even when the model of cooperation, the composition of partners, or the direction of a given project changes.

MAA as a Tool for Independent Verification
One of the functions of MBF Advisory Alliance is to provide the Company with the ability to conduct independent evaluations of technology projects. This is particularly important before making a decision regarding financing, integration, commercialization, joining a project, or continuing cooperation with its participants.
Experts can analyze available technical materials, documentation, results of completed work, declared parameters, the level of technological readiness, and the potential for further development. The scope of each analysis is tailored to the nature of the specific project.
This model allows MBF Group to separate its assessment of the technology from its business relationship with a specific partner and to make further decisions based on the broadest possible body of factual information.
Current Projects and Processes
MAA may support projects developed directly by MBF Group S.A., including the IRYDA+ technology program, and may also participate in the analysis of other technology initiatives that fall within the Company’s area of interest.
IRYDA+ X1
Expert support for the UAV program under development, its future applications, system architecture, demonstrations, and future development directions.
IRYDA+ SPACE Z1
Conceptual support for future autonomous technologies, satellite communications, navigation, multi-platform systems, and aerospace technology integration.
New Technologies
An analysis of future aviation, autonomous, industrial, space, and dual-use projects being considered by the MBF Group.
Audit of Previous Projects
Regardless of the progress of its current projects, the MBF Group is conducting an audit and review of selected previous technology initiatives, including the ARES Trainer, IRYDA Plus, and MALLARD Cargo projects.
The purpose of this process is to organize the documentation, reconstruct the progress of individual projects, verify the work performed and the reported results, and determine their current status.
The fact that a project is undergoing an audit does not automatically mean that MBF Group will proceed with it, that it will receive a positive evaluation, or that it will be included in the Company’s current project portfolio.

MAA was designed as a platform based on participants’ actual contributions. The involvement of experts and partners should be linked to a specific task, a scope of responsibility, and an assessable outcome.

Participation by invitation
Participation in the MBF Advisory Alliance is by invitation from the Management Board of MBF Group S.A. The selection of experts and partners is based on the Company’s current project needs and an assessment of their experience, competencies, track record, and potential substantive contribution.
The MAA is neither an open association nor a membership organization. It is a flexible team of experts built around the MBF Group’s actual technological and strategic needs.

An expert’s or entity’s participation in MAA’s work does not automatically imply ongoing cooperation, an equity partnership, or participation in all MBF Group S.A. projects.
