PROJECTS

MBF Group S.A. is pursuing four key technological and industrial projects that set the Company’s strategic direction. Each of them is being developed with the aim of strengthening Poland’s defense and technological capabilities and building modern dual-use solutions with export potential.

Already at this stage, we invite experts, engineers, technology companies, scientific institutions and business partners who want to actively participate in the creation of a strong, innovative sector of Polish unmanned technologies. MBF Group’s projects are open to capital cooperation – from private investor participation to industry funds interested in developing UAV, C-UAS and next-generation simulator systems.

The first three ventures – IRYDA Plus, MALLARD Cargo UAV and ARES – are being developed under the MBF Group S.A. consortium. (leader), Squadron Sp. z o.o. (ASE Group) and the Polish Industrial Lobby named after him. E. Kwiatkowski (PLP), based on the signed Consortium Agreement dated September 4, 2025 and the attached agreements and technical annexes.

The fourth project, the MBF Advisory Alliance (MAA), is an initiative of the MBF Group S.A. Board of Directors, established by Resolution No. MBF/2025/10/1 of October 21, 2025.

Each project reflects our long-term strategy: building cutting-edge technologies, developing defense competencies, supporting Polish industry and commercializing solutions with dual-use potential. All four elements form a common ecosystem – combining engineering, expertise, defense technology and strategic background – to underpin MBF Group’s further growth in Poland and international markets.

IRYDA PLUS – new generation C-UAS system

(MBF Group – Squadron – PLP consortium project)

IRYDA PLUS is an unmanned fighter designed to combat drones and protect critical infrastructure. The project is being developed within the consortium as a response to growing threats in the airspace, including the dynamic proliferation of reconnaissance and strike drones.

The system is designed to be modular, scalable and ready for integration with solutions from NATO and EU countries. Within the framework of Phase I, according to Appendix 2 of the consortium agreement, a demonstration mock-up with full system simulation, a mobile shooting gondola and an observation module is being implemented.

MALLARD – next-generation heavy logistics drone

(MBF Group – Squadron – PLP consortium project)

MALLARD is a 2-3-ton unmanned aerial vehicle for transporting cargo over medium and long distances. Its mission is to combine the efficiency of air logistics with the autonomy and flexibility of cargo drones. The project is part of the global UAV logistics trend and will target both the civilian market (logistics, medical, emergency humanitarian supplies) and the defense market.

MALLARD is being developed as a consortium project, combining MBF Group’s experience in project management and financing, Squadron’s engineering expertise and PLP’s expert background. The design provides for integration with Zipline last-mile drones and IRYDA Plus anti-drone systems.

ARES – artistic and defensive artillery simulator

(MBF Group – Squadron – PLP consortium project)

ARES is a state-of-the-art artillery simulator designed as a training tool for military units and uniformed formations. Its goal is to realistically replicate the processes of observation, guidance and firefighting under both combat and training conditions.

The project uses VR/AR technologies, ballistic algorithms and artificial intelligence elements to analyze errors and improve operator efficiency. ARES is part of a broad security ecosystem being built by the consortium and will be optionally integrated with IRYDA Plus and unmanned systems.

MBF Advisory Alliance (MAA) – an advisory and expert platform of MBF Group S.A.

(MBF Group S.A. Management Initiative)

The MBF Advisory Alliance is a platform for cooperation between experts, engineers, consultants and companies interested in the development of MBF Group S.A. projects, established by Board Resolution No. MBF/2025/10/1. It is a separate strategic project, unrelated to the consortium, to build a knowledge ecosystem for industrial, technological and defense projects.

The platform performs advisory, expert, representative and organizational functions, supporting MBF Group in analysis, negotiation, design, technology assessment and search for international partners. The MAA also includes a warrant program – rewarding participants’ actual contributions through the opportunity to purchase MBF Group S.A. shares at a preferential price in the event of project success.

Invitation to cooperation – we are building Poland’s next-generation technology

MBF Group S.A. openly invites everyone who cares about creating a strong, modern Polish defense and dual-use technology sector. Our projects remain open to both specialists and engineers, as well as capital partners and entities interested in participating in the development of the Polish UAV and security systems ecosystem.

If you want to co-create breakthrough technologies, join a consortium, participate in capital projects or become part of the MBF Advisory Alliance – we invite you to contact us directly.
