4 Data recipients

Data can be transferred:

  • entities providing IT, hosting, accounting or consulting services to the Administrator,

  • to public authorities to the extent required by law.
    The administrator does not transfer personal data to third countries or international organizations, unless necessary in connection with the performance of the contract.

Personal data will be kept for a period of time:

  • necessary for the purpose of processing,

  • Until you withdraw your consent (if processing is based on consent),

  • Until the expiration of the statute of limitations for claims under the law.
