Simulation and Training Systems

Advanced simulation systems are a key component of modern training for the military, uniformed services and specialized operational units. In an environment where real-world operations are costly, risky or require complex logistics, simulations allow realistic scenarios to be recreated under controlled and safe conditions.

MBF Group S.A. is developing next-generation training and simulation technologies that support decision-making processes, improve operational preparedness and enable advanced analysis of tactical and logistical operations. These systems are being developed in cooperation with military experts, engineers, academic units and technology consortium partners.

The role of simulation in modern training and operational preparation

Today’s armed forces, security services and public institutions face a growing number of challenges: diverse operating environments, rapidly changing threats, time pressures and the need to make accurate decisions. Simulation systems enable:

  • conducting training without risk to people and equipment,

  • reducing training costs,

  • Mapping complex tactical scenarios,

  • Error analysis and optimization of operations,

  • integration with unmanned systems,

  • Preparation for high-risk operations.

Simulations allow you to create a completely customized environment – from single modules to long-term exercises involving multiple units.

MBF Group S.A. simulation systems. – technological assumptions

Our simulators are based on state-of-the-art IT, analytical and visualization solutions that provide a high level of realism and functionality.

1. realistic ballistic and environmental models

Reproducing the behavior of armaments, ammunition, weather, terrain and operational conditions.

2. tactical and predictive algorithms

Analysis of enemy actions, risks, maneuvers and response sequences.

3. integration with command and information systems

Simulations can recreate the complex relationships between command, operational units, logistics and technical support.

4. modularity and scalability

The system can be used in a military unit as well as in a training center, operation centers or public institutions.

5 Interoperability

The systems are prepared for integration with other training tools and unmanned platforms – both UAVs and C-UAS systems.

Simulations as a decision support tool

Advanced simulation systems are used not only for training, but also for analysis and action planning. They allow:

  • Simulate force and resource projections,

  • analyze decision-making scenarios,

  • Evaluate the effectiveness of operational plans,

  • identify weaknesses,

  • Test solutions before implementing them.

Simulation is one of the most effective tools for increasing information and operational advantage in an environment of complex threats.

Areas of application of simulation systems

1. military and combat units

Tactical, artillery, reconnaissance and operational training.

2. security services and administration

Training for police, border guards, security services and crisis management centers.

3. logistics and infrastructure

Analysis and testing of scenarios for industrial, energy and transportation facilities.

4. education and technical colleges

Supporting defense, engineering and management curricula.

5. industry and private sector

Testing security procedures and organization of operations in a controlled environment.

ARES system – an example of the use of next-generation simulation

MBF Group S.A. is developing the ARES project, a premium training and simulation system for, among other things. For artillery and operational units.

The ARES project offers:

  • Realistic reproduction of ballistics and tactical parameters,

  • The ability to conduct analysis and repeat scenarios,

  • modular training environment,

  • Integration with UAV systems and C-UAS technologies,

  • compliance with the training processes in place in modern armies.

A full description of the project can be found in the PROJECTS tab.

Simulations in a dual-use model

MBF Group S.A. designs simulation systems so that they can be used in both the defense and civilian sectors. The simulations support, among other things:

  • crisis management,

  • training for industrial technology operators,

  • Enterprise risk analysis,

  • medical and logistics training,

  • special operations planning.

Dual-use increases the cost-effectiveness and applicability of the systems in a wide range of economic sectors.

Technological and expert cooperation

MBF Group’s simulation systems are developed with the participation of:

  • military specialists,

  • engineers and designers,

  • academic centers,

  • technology partners,

  • MBF Advisory Alliance (MAA) platform members.

This approach makes it possible to create solutions that are reliable, practical and in line with users’ needs.

Readiness for deployment and cooperation

MBF Group S.A. offers:

  • Simulation systems implementations,

  • training for operators and instructors,

  • Integration of simulation with command systems,

  • Development of training scenarios,

  • technical and operational consulting,

  • Development of “custom” simulations.

Our priority is to provide solutions that realistically strengthen the operational and decision-making preparedness of security institutions.
