The share capital of MBF Group SA is PLN 7,950,000 (seven million nine hundred and fifty thousand zlotys) and consists of 3,190,000 (three million one hundred and ninety thousand) shares, with a nominal value of PLN 2.50 (two zlotys and fifty cents) each, including:

a) 40,000 (forty thousand) series A ordinary bearer shares,
b) 8,000 (eight thousand) series B ordinary bearer shares,
(c) 8,000 (eight thousand) series C ordinary bearer shares,
(d) 6,000 (six thousand) series D ordinary bearer shares,
e) 1,618,000 (one million six hundred and eighteen) series Eordinary bearer shares ,
f) 484,500 (four hundred and eighty-four thousand five hundred) series F ordinary bearer shares ,
(g) 75,500 (seventy-five thousand five hundred) series G ordinary bearer shares ,
h) 560,000 (five hundred and sixty thousand) series Hordinary bearer shares ,
i) 200,000 (two hundred thousand) series I ordinary bearer shares,
j) 190,000 (one hundred and ninety thousand) series J ordinary bearer shares.
