The share capital of MBF Group SA is PLN 7,975,000 (seven million nine hundred and seventy-five thousand zlotys) and consists of 3,190,000 (three million one hundred and ninety thousand) shares, with a nominal value of PLN 2.50 (two zlotys and fifty cents) each, including:

a) 40,000 (forty thousand) series A ordinary bearer shares,
b) 8,000 (eight thousand) series B ordinary bearer shares,
(c) 8,000 (eight thousand) series C ordinary bearer shares,
(d) 6,000 (six thousand) series D ordinary bearer shares,
e) 1,618,000 (one million six hundred and eighteen) series Eordinary bearer shares ,
f) 484,500 (four hundred and eighty-four thousand five hundred) series F ordinary bearer shares ,
(g) 75,500 (seventy-five thousand five hundred) series G ordinary bearer shares ,
h) 560,000 (five hundred and sixty thousand) series Hordinary bearer shares ,
i) 200,000 (two hundred thousand) series I ordinary bearer shares,
j) 190,000 (one hundred and ninety thousand) series J ordinary bearer shares.
