Urea | AdBlue

The global market for chemical products is growing at a dizzying pace. Companies around the world rely on suppliers that are reliable and offer the highest quality chemical products. MBF Group offers assistance in contracting and supplying urea and Adblue to customers in Poland and Europe. To date, we have made several deliveries to contractors in Poland, Slovakia and Ukraine.

One of MBF Group’s greatest strengths is their commitment to providing products of the highest quality. Uncoated urea is carefully selected and tested to meet the highest quality standards. The technical urea we supply is a product that meets all standards and purity requirements (nitrogen content, biuret, sulphur content etc). Imported products mainly come from Central Asian countries.

Before using urea in the production of any product, it is important to check safety regulations, environmental compliance and other issues related to its use. In addition, it is necessary to follow proper safety and hygiene procedures to prevent possible dangers to human health and the environment.

The commodity has a CE declaration of conformity for a simple permanent unrestricted macronutrient fertilizer. According to the purchaser, the urea will be used to produce AdBlue liquid.

Urea, or diatomic urea, is an organic chemical compound with the formula NH₂CONH₂. It is a substance that has an extremely wide range of applications in various fields. From agriculture to the chemical industry, urea is a key ingredient in many products and processes. An extremely important feature of urea is its ability to store nitrogen, which is essential for plant growth, making it a popular fertilizer in agriculture. In addition, urea is used in the chemical industry to produce various nitrogen compounds.

Urea comes in the form of white granules. As a fertilizer, it is used on all soils, with the exception of soils with very high acidity, alkalinity or freshly calcified soils; under all field crops, grasslands, vegetable crops, flower crops, fruit trees and shrubs and lawns. Can be applied as a fine-drop spray. It is also widely used as a reducer in the selective catalytic reduction process for exhaust gas cleaning. It is mostly produced in concentrations of 45%, 40%, 35%(source)

AdBlue is a special fluid that is used in diesel-powered cars. More precisely, it is a solution of urea and demineralized water, composed of 32.5% of the former substance and 67.5% water. Its task is to neutralize pollution emitted by diesel vehicles. With the growing demand for greener transportation solutions, Adblue has become an indispensable factor in the automotive industry. It is a urea-containing fluid that is used in modern diesel engines to reduce nitrogen oxide (NOx) emissions.

The AdBlue liquid in a separate tank, however, does not mix with the fuel refueled at the station, but goes under pressure to the SCR (Selective Catalytic Reduction) catalyst, which is located in the path of the exhaust system. It is there, under the influence of high temperature, ammonia is emitted from the urea in the solution, which, reacting with nitrogen oxide, releases water vapor and harmless volatile nitrogen instead of exhaust gas. The liquid itself is also not harmful to humans or the environment. (source)
