Canola oil is a valuable source of unsaturated fatty acids and antioxidants. It improves brain function, reduces the risk of cancer, and increases energy resources. It also lowers the risk of diabetes, promotes weight loss and improves the appearance of the skin. The health properties of canola oil are its big advantage. The unsaturated fatty acids contained in canola oil are essential for the proper construction of cell membranes.
It reduces cholesterol, strengthens the immune system and improves the nervous system. Substances in canola oil improve blood circulation and counteract heart disease. One effective way to combat venous insufficiency is to introduce omega-3 unsaturated fatty acids (EPA, ALA, DHA) into the diet. They exhibit anti-inflammatory and anticoagulant effects(source).

Sunflower oil includes such acids as palmitic, stearic, oleic and linoleic acids. In addition, lecithin, carotenoids, waxes and tocopherols can be found in it. Phytosterols are substances of plant origin that affect fat metabolism in the body. They lower cholesterol levels in the peripheral blood and, regularly supplied in the diet, reduce the risk of developing atherosclerotic lesions in the blood vessels. Sunflower fat benefits the body’s immunity, prevents free radical damage, supports the fight against psoriasis, prevents cancer and improves semen quality(source).
Soybean oil is one of the most widely used vegetable oils in the world, extracted from soybeans. It has a delicate, neutral flavor, making it a versatile ingredient in the kitchen. In its refined version, it has a light yellow color and a high smoke point, making it ideal for frying, baking and preparing margarines and mayonnaise. Rich in omega-6 fatty acids and vitamin E, it supports skin and cardiovascular health, and thanks to its thermal stability, it works well in a variety of culinary and industrial processes.
In its unrefined version, soybean oil has a darker color and a slightly bean-like flavor that adds depth to dishes used cold, such as salads, sauces and dressings. Unrefined oil is more nutritious – it contains higher amounts of phytosterols, antioxidants and isoflavones, which support heart health and hormonal regulation. Thanks to its high content of unsaturated fatty acids, soybean oil is popular in both plant-based and traditional diets, providing a valuable component of daily menus.
