MBF Group S.A. provides structured B2B wholesale supply of industrial, agricultural, food and chemical raw materials to customers in the European Union and international markets. Our portfolio includes products from verified European and international suppliers, ensuring supply continuity and regulatory compliance.

Due to market volatility and frequent changes in logistics and energy costs, we do not publish fixed price lists. All commercial terms are prepared individually based on product type, volume, destination market and selected Incoterms.

Product categories

Vegetable oils and bio-components

  • refined and crude sunflower oil,
  • rapeseed oil (food and technical),
  • soybean oil (degummed, crude, GMP+),
  • fatty acids and selected biofuel components,
  • technical oils for industrial applications.

Available in bulk, tankers, IBC or industrial packaging. Logistics and Incoterms determined per transaction.

Fertilizers and nitrogen products

  • urea (Grade A – technical / automotive, Grade B – agricultural),
  • ammonium sulfate,
  • NPK blends, DAP, MAP and selected nitrogen fertilizers.

Deliveries within the EU and export markets. Secured payment instruments (including LC) available for larger volumes.

Food and agricultural commodities

  • ICUMSA 45 white sugar,
  • selected vegetable oils for food production,
  • other bulk food-grade raw materials upon request.

Spot and contract deliveries structured according to market requirements.

Feed components

  • soybean meal (GMO and non-GMO),
  • soybean and sunflower cake,
  • corn DDGS,
  • beet pulp, feed yeast and selected additives.

Detailed quality specifications and GMP+ compliance documentation provided upon request.

Commercial framework

Transactions are conducted under a structured commercial process: inquiry → LOI → commercial offer → contract. Depending on the volume and destination market, various settlement structures are possible, including documentary letters of credit (LC).

MBF Group S.A. acts as a transaction structuring and supply coordination entity, ensuring logistical, financial and documentation security.
