Markets and logistics
Deliveries are carried out by road, rail or sea, including container and maritime shipments, depending on the volume and destination market. The logistics model and applicable Incoterms are determined on a case-by-case basis.
Commercial framework and security of cooperation
Transactions are conducted based on a structured commercial process: inquiry → LOI → commercial offer → contract. Depending on the market and scale of delivery, various forms of settlement are possible, including payments secured by a documentary letter of credit (LC).

Vegetable oil prices are subject to frequent market changes and can update up to several times a month. For this reason, we do not publish fixed prices – each time we prepare an offer based on current availability, volume, delivery market and logistical conditions.
