MBF Group S.A. is a public company listed on the NewConnect market of the Warsaw Stock Exchange. We operate in two complementary areas: international wholesale trade of industrial and agricultural commodities, and the development of selected high-technology and defense projects.

Commodity and industrial wholesale supply
We provide B2B wholesale supply of raw materials and bulk products, including:
- vegetable oils and bio-components,
- fertilizers and nitrogen products (urea, NPK, ammonium-based products),
- food-grade commodities (including ICUMSA 45 sugar),
- feed components and agricultural products.
Transactions are conducted under a structured commercial framework: inquiry → LOI → commercial offer → contract. Depending on volume and destination market, secured settlement instruments may be applied, including documentary letters of credit (LC).
Defense and high-technology projects
In parallel with commodity trading, MBF Group S.A. develops selected projects in the field of unmanned aerial systems (UAV), counter-UAS solutions and industrial technology integration. Through cooperation with specialized partners and consortia, we participate in technology projects for security and defense applications.
