MBF Group ARCHIVAL INFORMATION – ARES PROJECT SUBJECT TO AUDIT
The text below outlines the project’s assumptions and the information available to MBF Group S.A. prior to submitting the notices of termination of the Consortium Agreement dated September 4, 2025.
Due to a change in the existing cooperation model, the project and its related documents, technical specifications, information sources, rights to the results of the work, and prior communications were subject to an audit conducted by MBF Group S.A.

They do not constitute confirmation of the project’s current status, its technical specifications, the prototype’s readiness, the testing schedule, or the project’s continued implementation under the current consortium model. The references in the original text to invitations to collaborate, make an equity investment, or finance a project are no longer current and do not constitute an offer or an invitation to invest.
Conducting an audit does not necessarily indicate the existence of irregularities, legal violations, or liability on the part of any of the parties. The purpose of the audit is to verify documentation and information and to protect the interests of MBF Group S.A. and its shareholders.
ARES – New Consortium Project. Details coming soon.
The ARES project represents the next phase of cooperation within the consortium MBF Group S.A., Squadron Sp. z o.o. and the Polish Industrial Lobby named after him. E. Kwiatkowski. This is an advanced next-generation training and simulation system, the full presentation of which will be published in the coming days.
Work is currently underway on the project’s final structure, its functional modules and the extent of integration with the consortium’s other initiatives – in particular, with the C-UAS IRYDA Plus system and the MALLARD logistics platform. ARES is intended to complement MBF Group’s technology ecosystem, providing a realistic training environment and analytical support for military and specialized applications.
