On dn. December 21 this year. We have received from our affiliate Rara Avis Sp. z o.o. the message about the positive consideration of the Grant application. The information was provided in connection with the application for funding under the Project “Support for the development of micro, small and medium-sized enterprises of the Legnica-Glogow Subregion”.
The project is implemented as part of the Regional Operational Program of the Lower Silesian Voivodeship 2014-2020 by the Lower Silesian Economic Fund Sp. z o.o., based in Wrocław, in partnership with the Sudeten Institute for Regional Development, based in Świdnica, and the Sudeten Chamber of Industry and Commerce in Świdnica, and submitted by Rara Avis Sp. z o.o. based in Legnica with an application for a Grant. The said application received a positive formal evaluation, and the substantive criteria contained in it qualify it for further processing. The project will be conducted jointly with the selected Business Environment Institution.
Rara Avis Sp. z o.o. is part of the MBF Group. The Issuer’s subsidiary MBF Inwestycje Kapitałowe Sp. z o.o. holds 2,880 shares in the company, which represent 41.14% of the company’s share capital and entitle it to 41.14% of the votes at Rara Avis’ shareholders’ meeting.
